Table Settings

North East:  When considering the seating arrangement for your guests in the Knickers Grille, feel free to adjust the number of people per table from as many as fifteen, to as little as two.  Our tables can be set up to accommodate practically any number of people due to their rectangular shape.  If your reception will be under the Tent, round tables to seat 6, 8 or 10 are available.

Rising Sun:  Round tables to seat 6, 8 or 10 are available for receptions in the Chantilly Room.

Linens

Linen napkins, tablecloths and overlays are included in both the Traditional Wedding Package and the Bridal Buffet Package in a wide array of colors.

Cocktail Hour Option

An additional Bar may be set up on our Terrace overlooking the golf course for the enjoyment of your guests during the cocktail hour for a Set Up Fee of $200.

Entertainment

We only offer the best in entertainment that is sure to please your guests.  We can recommend several disc jockeys to liven up your party.  The entertainment will coordinate with you to play music appropriate for your guests.  We also offer a selection of twenty different types of background music in The Knickers Grille, under the Garden Tent and on the Terrace.

Rentals

Champagne Fountains, Silver Cake Knife/Servers, Candelabras, Punch Bowls and a variety of other items are also available to enhance your function.

Our White Tent can accommodate up to 140 people for a Garden Wedding Reception.  The White Tent Rental includes round tables to seat 8, white wooden padded chairs, heat or air blown into the tent and tent sides in case of inclement weather.

Bar Options

Cash Bar

All alcoholic beverages are paid for by the individual guest.  There is no charge to the host of the event.  This option seems to work best if you do not want to encourage your guests to consume alcohol during the function, or if there are only a few guests that prefer to drink.

Tab Bar

A check will be run through the duration of the party for all alcoholic beverages consumed by the guests.  At the end of the function, it will be the host’s responsibility to settle this tab.  A time limit may be set for this option.  The host can designate a certain time period in which the beverages would be put on a tab.

Bartender Fee

There is No Charge for One Bartender for a Tab Bar and Open Bar.  For a Cash Bar or a Second Bartender, a Fee of $100.00 is required per Bartender, and is based on three hours.  A $50.00 Bartender Fee will be charged for each additional hour needed.

 The consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor is in serious violation of state and federal laws and will be treated as a crime.  Our staff is fully trained to ask for age identification from any person who appears to be under the age of 21 and is trying to obtain alcohol.  We ask that you inform any guests who may be under the legal drinking age of our policy.
