The following Buffet includes Soup or Salad, three Entrée Choices,
Chef’s Selection of Seasonal Vegetables and Starch, Rolls & Honey Butter,
Iced Tea, Coffee and Dessert.

Maryland Vegetable Crab or Crab Bisque ($1.50 additional per person)

Tomato and Dill Bisque (Vegetarian)

Chicken Marsala
Seared Chicken Breast topped with Classic Marsala Mushroom Sauce.

Chicken Piccata
Pan Seared Chicken Breast in a White Wine Butter Sauce with Capers and Lemon.

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless Chicken Breast wrapped around Swiss Cheese & Ham
and topped with a Lightly Seasoned Breading.

Chicken Saltimbocca
Seared chicken breast topped with Parma Ham, Mozzarella Cheese and Lemon Sage Sauce.

Stuffed Chicken Breast
Boneless Chicken Breast Stuffed with Traditional Stuffing.

Tilapia
Broiled Tilapia Filet, topped with a Mango Pineapple Salsa.

Grilled Salmon
Grilled Marinated Salmon, topped with Cherry Tomato and Sweet Corn Salsa.

Herb Crusted Atlantic Cod
Topped with Lemon and Sweet Butter and baked to perfection.

Baked Rigatoni
Three Cheese Blend, Rigatoni Pasta, and Tomato Basil Sauce covered
with Mozzarella Cheese and Baked.

Vegetable Lasagna
A Delicious Blend of Four Vegetables and Five Cheeses, Layered Between
Lasagna Noodles and Topped with a Light Bread Topping

Top Round of Beef ~ Seasoned to perfection,
slow roasted to a tender medium and served with
our own
Horseradish Cream.

Honey Maple Basted Ham ~ A wonderful blend of
honey and maple glazed over a ham which is roasted to
perfection and hand carved to your liking.

Roast Pork Tenderloin ~ Rosemary Crusted and roasted with a
Dijon Honey Demi-Glace.  Served with Traditional Accompaniments.

Add $4.00 per person per additional meat selection.

Children's Menu

For Children Ages 2-8, the Buffet is offered at ½ price. Or, we also offer Chicken Fingers, French Fries and Applesauce for $7.95 per child.  There is no charge for children under the age of 2.

All prices per person.  18% Service Charge and 6% Maryland Tax will be added to your Final Bill.

Soft Drinks may be added for $2.50 per person.
