Deposit:

Chesapeake Bay Golf Club requires
a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 to hold the date.
The deposit will be applied to the final payment for your
function.

Security Deposit:
|
Chesapeake Bay Golf Club requires
a credit card number to be held to secure the event and to cover
any damage done to the facility during the event.
Damage can be defined as unruly conduct, cake/food
throwing, etc. If
no damage occurs during the event, the credit card will not be
charged.
|
|
Attendance:
|
A final count for attendance is
required Seven (7) days before the scheduled event.
This number of guests is considered final.
You will, however be able to add up to five percent of
the count up to the day of the event.
You will be charged accordingly for these extra guests.

|
Payment:
|
The remainder of the balance is
due Seven (7) days prior to the date of the scheduled event.
|
|
Seating Arrangements:
|
Chesapeake Bay Golf Club reserves
the right to arrange the room as necessary to accommodate all
its patrons. Maximum seating for the entire Knickers
Grille is 116 people. We can accommodate up
to 130 for Cocktail Parties (when seating only 50 people).
The Chantilly Room has maximum seating for 180 people and
can accommodate up to 200 for Cocktail parties.

Tent Use:
|
The Tent can be utilized from
April 1 - November 1, 7 days a week, for any event seating a
maximum of 140 people. A
$250 set up fee is required.
There are no minimum requirements for number of people in
order to secure the use of the Tent.
Necessary Rental Fees may apply.

Terrace Use at Blue Heron Room:
|
Our beautiful Terrace is a great
place to hold a small gathering, or to let your guests mingle
during cocktail hour. The
Terrace can be utilized from April 1 - November 1 for any event
seating a maximum of 65 people.
A $200 set up fee is required and includes the Bartender
Fee. There are no
minimum requirements for number of people in order to secure the
use of the Terrace. Necessary
Rental Fees may apply.

Decorations:
|
All decorations must be approved
by the Event Coordinator in advance.
Chesapeake Bay Golf Club will not be responsible for
decorating.

|
Food & Beverages:
|
No food or beverage may be
brought onto or taken from the premises.
|
|
Service Charge:
|
There will be a $25.00
cake-cutting fee added to your final bill if applicable.
If your event requires any other rental items, there will
be additional fees depending upon what is needed for your event.

|
Tax & Service Charge:
|
The customary Service Charge of
18% will be applied to all food prices.
All events are subject to a 5% Maryland Sales Tax.
Maryland State Law requires that sales tax be charged on
all service charges. Non-profit
organizations must provide a valid State Tax ID Number.
