Wedding Packages

Chesapeake Bay Golf Club’s elegant ambiance, magnificent view, and delicious cuisine combine to create the perfect atmosphere for your wedding reception. This is your special day…our backdrop is the perfect stage in which to begin your life together. Whether you choose our Traditional Wedding Package, or the Bridal Buffet, our goal is to assist in making your Wedding Day dreams come true.

Traditional Wedding Package

Our Traditional Wedding Package is meticulously designed to create a beautiful, memorable event.  Chesapeake Bay Golf Club offers three settings:  Knickers Grille, Chantilly Room and our
Garden Tent.

The following amenities are included for a Sit Down Dinner:

  • Champagne Toast

  • Hot & Cold Hors D’oeuvres served butler and buffet style

  • Complimentary Cake Cutting and Service

  • Dance Floor

  • Table Linens and Napkins in Assorted Colors

  • White Table Skirting for the Head Table, Cake, and Crudités Tables

  • Crystal Candles for each table

  • Four Hours of Open Bar

  • Wedding Coordinator will supervise all activities at your reception

  • Cloakroom Attendant (seasonal)

  • Package Price $74/person

Wedding Toast

Your choice of Champagne or White Wine is included.

Four Hours of Open Bar

Domestic and Imported Beers, Wines, House Liquors and Soft Drinks are available for four hours.  If you require extra time for bar service, you may obtain it for $5 per person per hour, along with a $50 bartender fee.  Wine service that compliments your entree selection is available during the dinner hour for $4 per person.

Elegant Hors D’oeuvres Presentation

Served continuously for one hour before dinner, our cold and hot hors d’oeuvres are served both buffet and butler style for your guests to enjoy.  The following trays are included:

  • Fruit & Cheese Tray
    A delightful presentation of Imported and Domestic Cubed Cheeses and Freshly Sliced Fruit, served with Seasoned Mustard (Hot & Mile) and Assorted Crackers.

  • Fresh Crudité with Herbed Dip
    A delightful presentation of fabulous Raw Vegetables arranged in a tasteful display and served with Assorted Dips.

Hot & Savory Hors D’oeuvres

Select three of the following butlered selections
(two pieces of each selection per person):
  • Stuffed Mushrooms with Crab

  • Flash Fried Oysters with Chipotle Lime Cocktail Sauce

  • Mini Crab Cakes

  • Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

  • Cocktail Shrimp

  • Shrimp Tempura

  • Petite Quiche

  • Beer Battered Chicken with Pineapple Chutney

  • Steak & Cheese Tornados

  • Pigs in a Blanket

  • Veal Meatballs with Tomato Basil Dipping Sauce or Sour Cream Dill Sauce

  • Chef’s Choice of Assorted Hot Hors D’oeuvres

Soup

Choice of one of the following is included:

  • Maryland Crab Bisque

  • Maryland Vegetable Crab

  • Escarole – Traditional Italian Wedding Soup

  • Tomato Dill Bisque

  • Roasted Chicken and Orzo

Salad

Choice of one of the following is included:

  • The Knickers Salad
    Mixed Greens, Grated Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes and Garlic Croutons
    tossed with our Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • Classic Caesar Salad
    Crisp Romaine leaves tossed in our Zesty Dressing with Herbed Croutons
    and Parmesan Cheese

Entree Selections

All entrees are served with our chef’s choice of potato or rice, fresh seasonal vegetables, hearth baked rolls, coffee or tea.  Your choice of two entrees is included.

  • Champagne Chicken
    Breast of Chicken in a Champagne and Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce.

  • Chicken Chesapeake
    Grilled Chicken Breast topped with Jumbo Lump Crab and Aged Mozzarella Cheese with Balsamic Glaze.

  • 6 oz. Grilled Filet Mignon
    Served with Béarnaise Sauce.

  • Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus
    Garlic Roasted and served with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream.

  • Sirloin Au Poivre
    Sirloin Medallions Crusted with Pepper and Seared with Peppered Demi-Glace.

  • Maryland Crab Cakes
    Two Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes with Honey Mustard Aioli.

  • Herb Encrusted Cod
    Flash Roasted and topped with a Lemon and Saffron Cream Sauce.

Bridal Buffet

Our Bridal Buffet is designed for a romantic reception.  Your guests will enjoy beautifully decorated settings in addition to the breathtaking views of our golf courses.

The Bridal Buffet includes:

  • Gourmet Buffet

    Grilled Chicken Breast, topped with Button Mushrooms,
    Vidalia Onions and a rich Marsala demi-glaze.

  • Chicken Piccata
    Pan Seared Chicken Breast, glazed with a Lemon Butter White Wine Sauce with Capers.

  • Stuffed Breast of Chicken
    Seared and Stuffed with Baby Spinach, Roasted Garlic and Feta Cheese. 
    Topped with Tomato Compote and Balsamic Reduction.

  • Roasted Pork Tenderloin
    The best cut of Pork topped with an array of spices and slow roasted to perfection.

  • Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus
    Garlic Roasted and served with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream.

  • Sirloin Au Poivre
    Sirloin Medallions Crusted with Pepper and seared with a Brandy Mustard Sauce.

  • Broiled Salmon
    Salmon Filet broiled to perfection and seasoned with a Lemon Butter Sauce.

  • Vegetable Lasagna
    A delicious blend of four Vegetables and five Cheeses, layered between Lasagna Noodles.  Finished with a Light Breadcrumb Topping.
